PT MAGADA BORNEO AGRO didirikan pada tahun 2010 oleh pemegang saham yang sudah berpengalaman dibidangnya masing-masing, yaitu bidang perkebunan, pertanian, distribusi, peralatan angkutan perkebunan dan waste handling serta perdagangan internasional atau Perdagangan Umum yaitu penjualan Batubara dalam jumlah kecil maupun besar.
Perusahaan ini juga merupakan perusahaan EXIM (Export–Import) dan telah melakukan import secara rutin berupa produk kacangan (Legume Cover Crop) dari Thailand, Philipine, Malaysia, India dan beberapa produk agro chemical.
